ASSAF DThe rental booking and getting the keys was excellent. The agent helping us was very helpful. The truck was very old. It didn't even had a back camera. Reversing the truck was a pain without a screen and a camera. Everything in the truck was very old and outdated. The check engine light was on.

ENZE LThe two men who served me spoke to each other during the entire transaction in a different language. They barely answered my questions. And when I asked where the USB plug in the van was located they said it was on the dash, but I couldn’t find it. When I went back to ask them to show me where it was, they had locked the door. The van was dirty (cigarette butt in the door, dirt in the back) and dusty.
