The front tires were almost bald and could use an alignment. The parking lot was too tight for the trucks.

I was told to picked them up from different location, I went to another location with the rented truck they refused to give them to me saying that I have to rent the truck from them. XIAO JI never gave permission for no one to manually enter my vlcredit card to pay for a bill I wasn’t given or told about when dropping off the vehicle. This is very dishonest and shady. I will never give a good review because of this. I would have never found out if my credit card company didn’t notify me. SHAME ON YOU!
