The truck was full of grass debris and broken glass that we had to clean before our move. Also, we recieved a huge fuel surcharge even though the meter appeared to be on 1/4 tank. The attendant in the office didn’t look at the vehicle before we left and told us everything was fine.

I received the truck without gas and now have a charge for gas, it is completely ridiculous.
JAVIER ZOrdered a furniture dolly alongside my truck rental, they said they didn’t have one. Massively impacted my move as I was relying on it, had to leave furniture behind because of this.
Luke PThis location refuses to print you a contract at the time that you get the truck. They always say they will email the estimate and then they never gave you an actual invoice. The mileage is nine times out of 10 wrong and the gas gauge is always marked wrong too. Twice now we’ve had to go to the district manager to get a refund for discrepancies. The employees are always rude and argumentative and actually dismissed us with their hands before The only reason we use them again is if trucks are all rented everywhere else and because they’re half a block from our house
john jTruck was parked in spot that was very tough to get out of. Multiple cars around and behind truck. 15 foot Truck with 16 feet of clearance behind in order to get out. Truck was not cleaned and had damage. Check engine light went on while driving.
