I rented a uhaul on Saturday and returned it on Saturday but the store didn’t check it in for two days now the charges are coming out my account the ppl at the store are very rude to me DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION

The agent couldn't find the keys and had to call someone. It wasn't a dolly in the truck and I requested it. I was sent to another location to get a dolly. Then I was charged twice for the dolly. Truck drove rough.
Kenyetta BTruck is in poor shape, transmission needs to be checked. Truck needs to be maintained. Also made a reservation for 8am and place of business wasn’t open until 10am. Do better please. Plus cost was more than quoted on my reservation
