They were very helpful in hooking up the trailer as it was very heavy. Also when I brought it back they even backed it in for me as the space was very tight.

JACOB JParking lot and area in general is sort of sketchy, it was not at all clear where the key was, took forever to get on the road. Also I paid for 12 moving blankets/pads and these were not provided.
