Ensure there’s gas and the tires are fixed
DESTINI GThe owner gave us a truck on EMPTY and said it would make it to the gas station, but the truck ran out of gas and shut off before we could even drive it off the property. Then the owner left as my husband and I were trying to get his attention. We had to walk to the gas station, get gas and walk back to put in the truck. Very poor business with making sure trucks have enough gas to atleast get to the gas station and poor service with making sure customers are taken care of before leaving premises!!
EQUISHA HThe shop was closed. No one available to check in the truck, wasn’t sure I parked it correctly. I had to use the app instead which is not user friendly and very time consuming.
