I ordered the truck for pickup via the phone, but the app wouldn't let me complete the process; also, I was given the truck with an incorrect fuel level—the paperwork stated it had 5/8 of a tank, but it was closer to half a tank.

Don't ever suggest anyone go here. I ended up with $200 in extra charges for abandoned equipment fee due to poor/lack of communication with the location.
