I had a problem with the return because it was dropped off at the counter but I was charged a late fee of $33. My contract says 6 pm but it was turned in shortly after 4 pm. Can someone explain after a short investigation?
Jonathan BThe only reason I would not recommend this location is because when I return the vehicle, the lady at the counter seem like she couldn’t be bothered and told me it would take me 20 minutes for my receipt and they didn’t check my vehicle in until the next day and I had to go in and double check to make sure that they had it that my vehicle was returned
TRACIE HMention that truck doesn't have a light and no ramp. Otherwise customer service was excellent.
PAUL BNo signage on the outside of Ace to indicate that there was a counter inside. Person at the counter was not friendly and did not make returning the vehicle a good experience. I will use another location in the future to drop off the U-Haul.
