I love getting my UHaul from this location; but interesting point, some of the entered information was inaccurate: mileage, gas tank, etc. I had completed the online preregistration and although I know when I go inside to secure vehicle, there is still a process however, registering online is supposed to make this quicker. I was at the location waiting for over an hour waiting for paperwork/order to process due to what appeared to be an internet glitch with the UHaul site. This was very inconvenient and certainly took time away from the moving itself.
