I was given a tow dolly with an inoperable taillight. I was told that once I sign for it that's it they cannot exchange it the trailer. So I told the person you are giving me a tow dolly with a known safety issue and that's it I have to call the 1 800 number to get it fixed because you cannot give e me another trailer in your lot? This has to be the most ignorant police from U haul. The person ended up coming back out to the parking lot and stated he was able to change the tow dolly because the system wasn't offhis screen so it did work out. I will not use the U haul rental place anymo.
RAUL TAC in truck was marginal at best. Counter staff was cordial and professional.
