Maybe double check the cleanliness of it U-Haul lucky we are able to take pictures before cause if not people would get charge for stuff they had nothing to do with
Ellen WThe truck was missing it's gas cap and the tire pressure was low. I informed the clerk and he said he knew that. Should take better care of the vehicle.

CHRISTINE MEnsure all interior of trucks are swept and wiped down if possible. The truck was not unusual but had crumbs inside and evidence of a spilled or overflowing drink that had stained the cup holders. The service reps were excellent and ensured I was aware of what was required. They were friendly and professional. I do apologize because I had stated on the acceptance of the vehicle that it was clean, but once I got in it I could see the condition better. My intentions was to report it once I dropped the vehicle off, but I did not do so. Thank you so much.
