Initially was not notified that a dolly would not be available which forced me to spend an hour trying to find one around town. Most importantly I was charged for two days even though I only had possession for one day. I have video and photo evidence of returning the truck with date and time. Location is sketchy and actual U-Haul store is run down. Barely noticeable as the door is on the side of an old shopping strip.
