How U-Haul Reviews WorkWhen I picked up the truck. It had no fuel. The low fuel light was on. The cargo area was dirty as if someone had broken a bag of cement open back there. I only used the truck for 10 miles. I left it with more gas than I received it with. 1/4 tank.
Jacob VProvide more information upon checking in to get rental on how the gas is charged. However, I did like that I was given ample time to return the uhaul back to the nearest location.
Antonio VDid not have appliance dolly available at the pick up location, I had to go to a different location out of my way just to pick up a dolly.
CHANDLER JGreat customer service.
