The vehicle smelled strongly of marijuana in the cab and in the back. Turns out there was marijuana ash and paraphernalia wrappers in the glove box.

javier sMake the app less error prone when loading pages to access order, make the pre-check-in process more relevant (do not ask customers to take driver's license photos front and back, then ask them to do this step again when checking out the vehicle, either once and be done or do not ask the customers to pre-check-in) and make the key drop box on-site more prominent.
