The employee at the Hardeeville location was an absolute asshole. Rude. Condescending. Unprofessional. Overall a disgusting individual. I would never in a million years have this individual as an employee at my company. Absolutely worst experience.

The customer service was awful, he was rude to me. I told him I was scared of his cat and he said he will not babysit his cat for a customer. I have no problem with the U-haul company but I will not rent from that place again.

ERIKA BDespite the truck having only10000 miles it had a serious exhaust leak that filled the cabin with smoke continuously. It was not noticed for a few minutes and since I rented just prior to closing I was not able to return it. I just left windows down to cope and vet through .I was using the rig for conclude car show and if I delayed it meant losing substantial investment and experience .I was not able to return the rig until after the shop closed on Saturday at 4 pm. So I was charged for extra day for this toxic mess! Not happy. Will not rent again!
