Head lights need to be adjusted, especially on high beam. Driver side aimed up in the air. I did not receive good direction on how to properly check out. Which apparently locked me out of my app and needed assistance in getting it back up in order to check it back in.

I have used this location before, this time it was seamless
BRENT LI reserved a trailer to rent for over a week in town and it showed as available. The day before pickup I received a text message to pickup trailer over 30 mins away in another state. I was not able to readjust my schedule and hit a lot of traffic on the way and was 30 min late. The man behind the counter was very upset and cursed at me. I tried to explain to him what happened but he continued to use foul language and said he wasn't sure if he could even rent me the trailer. It was very difficult not to lose my temper but we got it done. This will be my last time using U haul, and I would improve the screening process as to whom I allowed to be a dealer.

CHAD ZThe customer service was awful, he was rude to me. I told him I was scared of his cat and he said he will not babysit his cat for a customer. I have no problem with the U-haul company but I will not rent from that place again.
