I had to reserve the dam truck three times. The first two got canceled. I still had to go way out of my way. Your dispatch is a mess. They could have easily transferred a truck from the location I picked it up at to the pooler location where I was moving from. Bunch of unorganized, terrible customer service staff. U haul used to be extremely reliable. Now you're lucky to get a truck on the day you need it. What changed? Probably a new CEO... piss poor management at uhaul now.

Anthony MIt was all a hassle .. I had to drive from Hinesville ga to sc to pick up a truck and then drive all the way back and I made the reservation the day before. They give you no deals on going further to pick up a truck .. it sucks ..
