The lady was friendly but was very opinionated about the in line reservation process and stated never do that again. Just call. I felt it was alittle rude.

Ronnie CClearly labeled on the appliance dolly $10.00 a day was charged $15.00. What's very unclear as to the drop off location, Drop location was the farthest of the three locations to return.
GLENN FK Embry Insurance took really good care of us and the equipment was in perfect condition. Thank you so much for helping us out. I would definitely recommend this location. But originally I reserved a truck at Weber's Corner, since they didn't have the truck I needed they switched my reservation to Changing Things Up in Cannelton IN. When I arrived the business was obviously shut down with no one around. I was picking the truck up using the app, but the truck was blocked in by multiple other trucks and I could not get it. Had to cancel my reservation and go somewhere else to get a truck. It was a terrible experience. I even had payed help waiting on me the whole time. I would not recommend this location
