Fix your trailers so they be driven at night where customers do not incur unneeded hotel costs due to faulty lighting, or put themselves at risk breaking laws to return items by 9am in snowstorm with no lights and charged extra 2 days. Very unprofessional handling of customer service. Drop off site had no one on site and when called said thanks and uhaul will pay them to fix it as difficult to know running lights don't work if not hooked up.

Have the equipment I reserved at the location I am picking it up. Don’t call the customer the day before and tell him he has to drive two hours one way to get what they requested three weeks earlier. Bull crap.
Timothy KHave personnel that will take care of the issues in the truck, that way the next customer will not have to deal with any issues. BTW, the hard transmission and knocking made the fuel mileage terrible.
