This is absolutely not a bad reflection on the Harper's Ferry location or owners ... honestly, the guy agreed with me, but the 6x12 trailer needs a tongue jack. I rented another 6x12 at another location as well and the weight is ridiculous. I moved heavy stuff, up and down stairs for days, but the worst part of the experience was getting the trailer on/off the hitch. Completely unacceptable by Uhaul and they need to fix that. I won't rent another trailer again until they do something about that.

Very frustrating experience. Not helpful with instructions on dropping the trailer. Before leaving, I asked for the email confirming the drop off and he was downright nasty. 180° different from the location where I picked up the trailer.
