Open earlier - would have loved an earlier pick-up time than 9 a.m.

BRIAN WThe 15' box truck drove fine, good power. Plenty of cargo space for my needs. If there was an issue, it was very minor... but the driver side A-post window seal must be worn or just not a good fit. It whistles air pretty good. All in all, a good experience. Thank you
Mark CWhen I reached the to pick up the rental the office was closed at 2pm. Called the phone no. provided "NO" answer. No sign on the door that states will be back in provided minutes nothing. I walked around the building and saw a truck moving so came to the front office, still no sign of "OPEN" or anything. After several minutes when tried to open the door and the office was open and I asked the front desk, I wish there could have been a sign that would say be back in sometime but she said I was late and I should have been at pickup location on time. Not the type of customer experience I was expecting from UHAUL. I had to drop my daughter to the daycare which is why I was late by half hour.
