John OJust had trouble accessing the gate to get my truck since the location was closed, but customer service helped me gain access.
Devin MI did after hours rental, so no idea what the actual facility or staff is like. It's a locked gate, so if someone is doing after hours rentals, this definitely felt safer than an open lot. The online process on the other hand was horrific. The place I originally rented from did not actually have the truck I rented available so it took 45 minutes with 2 different people on chat - the 1st made it seem simple, but it wasn't, and the 2nd was not a clear communicator - then had to switch the reservation to a different location, which added miles and cost to my rental. The location was fine, but I will use a company other than UHaul in the future.
