Nobody onsite to resolve ANY emergent issues. U-Haul app very confusing & NOT user friendly. Huston & Lee Management were unavailable to help with return. Next time, I will choose a different rental agency as there are several others available in the surrounding community. Secondly, the truck sounded terrible and on several occasions I thought it would stall at low speed. When turning the truck it make noises that led me to believe that the cab of the truck being stressed. The engine noise (not exhaust) sounded like metal on metal. The truck seemed to have ample power and the storage area was clean, dry and functional.

There was no one there

Randall SU-Haul changed the drop off location last minute. While the location was convenient the lot was small. It was after dark and after hours so there was no interaction with any employees of the operator. The issue with the location is no defined parking (if marked I couldn’t see & no signage. The location I originally picked originally was a much larger space with defined parking..
