I was charged for equipment that I did not borrow from U-Haul; I prefer to check out and check in equipment with a live person on premises.

CYNTHIA WI was overcharged by double for an in town move. A &30 gas charge then $32 gas charge? Then overcharged me for an extra 15 miles? So I was charged $129 for a day not 29.95 , I’ll never do this again or refer anyone ever. We are military and my daughter and son need to move and now I don’t know what to do because I can’t use uhaul if they hide charges like this? 3x the amount it was pre authorized for. And now my account is negative? Horrible day. Ruined it all
