While "Sonny" at this location provided excellent service, I received a call the night before my truck pick up from another UHaul office stating I had to pick up my truck in a neighboring town, 35 miles away. This last minute longer distance for my truck pick up was unacceptable. I do not fault the Lotto Palace II location as they DID have a truck for me as scheduled at their location, 2 miles from my home, The Uhaul main offices need to do a better job of coordinating pick up and drop off. They did not have their act together.
