No one was there to help us.Phone signal was bad in this location.I spent over an hour there trying to get the truck and key.The key was supposed to be in box 2 and the lock would not open to get the key.I finally tried the combination on the lock box one&it actually opened&the key was in box one not box 2 like i was told.

Rented auto trailer, U-Haul dealer was fine, equipment bad. Had three different brands of tires two different style of wheels. Trailer broke down with flat tire during trip and was stuck 5 1/2 hours on side of road
ken mMake sure a uhaul worker is there during ALL open hours because mobile check in is not happening. The worker that was there was very helpful and friendly but the location sucks.
