Instructions on the form directed me to call a local number upon arrival at what appears to be an abandoned bank. No one answered, but a return call told me there was no need to call. Perhaps franchise and UHaul can decide whether a call is necessary and adjust the instructions accordingly. No complaints with the local franchise, just an element of uncertainty as to what to with the truck.

James HTruck was covered with dust and dirt. Windshield was not clean. Would have been helpful if AGENT went over return procedure for weekends (store is closed). To many signs and not a simple process for people that don't want to put additional apps on their phones. Way to dependent on smart phones for transactions.

katherine JWe dropped off on a Sunday, we weren’t sure where to park. Perhaps, if we had come when personal we’re there, it would have been better.
