They didnt have the dolley i wanted to rent so i had to find one. Also the first person didnt know i was even coming. Lickily a sexond guy walked in and could handle it.

There should always be two people or more when it comes to those neighborhood Uhaul for more customer service to be completely satisfied. He was one person and he couldn’t do the check-in like you would do at the normal Uhaul locations.

Mary CWhat a great experience! Truck rented the night before was clean and waiting for me. This location had early morning availablity which was the reason I selected it. So many locations in my area did not open till 10 am. I had rented a 10' truck, but I did not realize there was no ramp in that size truck. The gentleman assiting me with me rental, offered me the next size up since it would come with a ramp and he had one available. Returning the truck was just as easy, especilly with the app. Overall, I will drive by those other u-haul locations and go back to Jiles Rd Shell to rent my next truck.
