I asked to pick up my equipment at a different location and made the reservation weeks in advance and confirmed that it would be available at the location I wanted to get it at. I was then switched 2 times to other locations.

The only thing I would appreciate is the location having a better stock of tools. Otherwise, all was perfect.
Marcel BThey didnt have the dolley i wanted to rent so i had to find one. Also the first person didnt know i was even coming. Lickily a sexond guy walked in and could handle it.
Brian BThere should always be two people or more when it comes to those neighborhood Uhaul for more customer service to be completely satisfied. He was one person and he couldn’t do the check-in like you would do at the normal Uhaul locations.
