We had a guaranteed rental for 3pm but no truck when we arrived. Told by Sam's Rep would be there in 25 minutes. Then at that later time told would be another 20 minutes. Ultimately got truck at 4pm. Also smell of tobacco smoke filled the cab from last cust.

They charged me twice for gas. I brought it back and filled it up with an employee from their company. They then added a gas charge to My U-Haul for not filling it up. I have a $73 gas bill from their station to prove it. Please remove this extra charge.

SCOTT KThere are too many add ons for charges. When I dropped it off in Haverhill MA with 1/4 tank of gas. They told me that it was 1/8 of a tank and charged me an extra $50 to put in gas even though the drop off was at a gas station! The guy who took the truck from me, checked it all out and he told me that it was all set! Then I got a copy of the receipt emailed to me and I saw the charge!
