elvyn dBeware, renter is a con artist. I was double charged for gas fees after being lied to.
Hoover BUnfortunately, my overall experience was not very good. I rented the trailer on Friday and returned it the same day. When I picked up the trailer, there was no electrical adapter available to connect the trailer’s 4-pin wiring to the 7-pin connector on my truck. I had to leave and purchase the correct adapter myself, which cost me approximately $30. The return process was also frustrating. The location where I was instructed to park the trailer was between other trailers inside the gas station and was extremely difficult to access. I asked the employee for assistance, but he was busy helping customers at the gas pumps. I ended up having to maneuver and physically move most of the trailer by myself. By the time he was able to help, I had already moved it to within about two feet of where he wanted it parked. I understand that the employee was busy, and I do not blame him personally, but the overall pickup and return process was poorly organized and required much more effort from me than I expected from a U-Haul rental.
