I drove the truck 15 miles and was charged for 12 gallons of gas. The fuel was on 1/2 tank when I picked it up and was returned in the same spot. This is a rip off.

Todd JDrop-off location would not give me a receipt. The one staff member said he didn't speak English and was on the 1st day of the job. When the return was finally processed it posted the day after I actually turned it in.
ERIK BI didn’t have the equipment in the trailer that I reserved. Not really their fault but I reserved a trailer that I could pick up 2 miles from my house, the night before pickup I was informed my reservation had been moved to this location an hour from my house.
