The truck stunk of cigarettes, the check engine light was on, there seemed to be no power steering fluid as it was whining and turned like NO power steering. I put gas in to match the initial level and still was charged $25 extra dollars. The kid who was supposed to be watching the front was evidentally somewhere in the back sleeping when we returned the truck. Totally lousy experience and I rent trucks fairly often.

The first rep told me to head to a location that was 10 miles away from where I was in Pennsylvania. When I called to confirm, the other service rep told me that I should not head there and that I would need to drive 40 minutes from where I was to get the trailer. Then the man at the UHaul location wouldn't help me figure out where to drop the trailer off in Newark and told me to "just call when you get there."

When picking up the rental the guy was very rude and obnoxious. The rental was a nice truck but when returning it I was charged double the sales tax that I should have been charged with no explanation.

All the employees at the Broad Street U-Haul are very helpful. I talked to Bill and Marge and they answered all my questions. Of course, Bill had to shovel out the truck because it was right after a snow storm. This is the 2nd time I rented a truck from them to take furniture to Florida.

The personnel at the Hazleton facility were not very knowledgeable. I ordered a truck online and was given my one-way-drop off point. Hazleton had their own agenda and had given me a different drop-off location. When I mentioned that I was already given one, they gave me two different numbers to call when I was ready to drop it off. Very confusing!! I made the call when I was finished and was told to drop it off at the original location which was Mechanicsburg. Did the personnel know what they were doing?? We were never told about previous damage on this truck which stated on the contract ..."customer is aware of damage that could result in water damage to belongings"...why wasn't this issue brought to our attention before we leased this truck?? Our fault....I guess we should have read it before we signed. But personnel should have brought it to our attention first!! Isn't that part of their job?? They didn't go over anything concerning mileage or what steps to take if we break down. Our fault.....I guess we should have asked...

This Uhaul is not a bad one for what they have to work with. They really need to expand, have more storage a better parking. The store itself is in a bad location and has limited space that they almost have to share with the buisnes next door plus an active train that goes by. the management seems fine, they just need a break.

This is the second time in a row that I rented a dirty truck. Cigarette ashes all over the place, full ash trays, beverage sloshed and sticky all over dash and cup holders, etc. Unacceptable! I've rented from this location regularly and lately they have been horrible. I won't be back. Penske Truck Rental in Hazleton is always spotless and fuel tanks are full pon pickup.

I returned the truck, with more fuel than was agreed to in the contract. The contract called for the tank to be between 1/2 and 5/8 it was between 5/8 and 3/4. I was 7 miles over the estimate ofmileage. Asked if that could be adjusted due to the fuel being more than agreed in contract no attempt by the company to satisfy my request. I will look elsware for the use of rentals in the future over less than 6.00.

I rented the uhaul to move furniture from one location to another. It started to rain on the way home after the furniture was loaded. My furniture got wet because of a leak in the uhaul. I could not store my furniture in my garage bkz it got all wet and it would warp. Uhaul rep at drop off location was notified. He said the truck was in the shop and should have been fixed it was not and it is not exceptable. My wood furniture and all my blankets were soaked. Rep would not even give a discount for all our troubles. That is truly ridiculous, I am not a happy customer.

The gentleman behind the desk needs to learn about customer service. When I arrived to return the truck at 7:00am, I had to wait in the cold and the snow until about 7:15. The office was being renovated and the doors were locked. I knocked on the window but I was waved off by your employee. I had to knock a second time to get in. Your employee was annoyed that I wanted to get out of the cold because he was having computer issues. This is the second truck I rented in the last 5 months. The last time I rented, the same employee seemed generally annoyed by the fact that he had to rent me a truck.
