I submitted an online reservation and was given a quote of $136. Upon arriving at the pickup I was informed it would be $346. I accepted that but then when I returned the uhaul instead of receiving a refund of the unused miles I had paid for I was charged an additional $11. And it was very unclear why. I paid for 200 miles and returned it only using 151 miles. I feel a refund for the remaining 49 miles I did not use should be refunded

it's a small town and you get what you can get for a location. Store was not open--just a key into a drop box. No customer interaction.
James BRented U-Haul several times in the last few months and this is the first time, part of my deposit was not refunded.. confused, because the truck looked The same as when I rented it.. I guess next time, I'll find a different place to return. Not to mention, they asked me to return it early because they had to pick up the next day. Which I graciously did, Even though, it wasn't an easy task during a move..
