First Time at this location friendly and helpful
randy jTruck was filthy inside and smelled very very strongly of smoke. Completely unacceptable, but I had no choice.
BRIAN MI originally called the 1-800 number and requested an auto transport and scheduled my pick up for Sunday, July 6th @ 9:00am. I received a call from the scheduling department and was informed that the auto transport was located in the Eastlake location. I went there and the auto transport was not available. The only tow equipment available there was a tow dolly. I was then informed that I could go to the downtown location. When I got there and asked about the car transport, I was told that one was not available. They suggested that I go to the Pelham, Al location. I went there and was told that one was not available either. They told me to go to the Helena, Al location. I was finally able to acquire an auto transport. Because of the poor scheduling department, my trip was delayed 3 hrs. I found this unacceptable. I called and submitted a compliant about my experience on July 6, 2025. I was told that I would receive a call concerning this matter. As of July 9, 2025, I have not received a return phone call from any U-Haul representative.
