We were really pleased - the truck was ready when we arrived to pick it up and the staff member who was assisting us (both for pick up and drop off) was friendly.

Paul SIt was self return so I had no contact anyone at this location. However I could not return the truck where it was originally agreed to return it ( Uhaul 3990 Prince of Wales Drive, Nepean, ON). The worker I met was very rude, very unhelpful, could not show some atom of empathy about my experience picking and returning this truck and worst of all sent me to a wrong direction. Shockingly this is the second time I am being sent away from this location after booking a return. I will surely avoid them as hell!
