Everyone at this location was very kind! Neal gave me some great tips as I have never pulled a trailer with my truck. Neal assured me the equipment was in great shape with new tires which gave me confidence for my long trip! The trailer performed flawlessly! Both ladies in the office were very kind and professional!
KIRK TI used the truck from Anthem U-Haul for 24 miles and put gas into the truck where the line is to tell how much gas was in the tank when I picked it up. I was charged a gas fee because they said I didn’t fill it up exactly where it was when I picked it up. Fo a customer who doesn’t have a gage to measure how can we be exact. I put what I thought was enough gas and where I thought the line was but still got charged. If you want a customer to put gas in exactly then start from full and we can tell a lot easier. I know it doesn’t matter to the owner of the store but I will never use them again because they didn’t even want to help me in this situation. Be better to your customer Anthem U-Haul.
