The truck was delivered with a ramp that would not fully extend to a position of being able for the ramp to be lifted up to a fully flush location. Apparently a piece was installed improperly that had to be removed by the tow truck operator. This slowed down my movers by 2 hours at which I was paying them at 150/hr). The rental portion of the truck was great up till this. I don’t know if the truck was delivered to the location with this piece installed improperly or not.
Thomas MThe person at the desk was quick and helped me on my way. I did a phone check in and pick up so it was very minimal communication needed. I am not sure where the mix up came in for the drop off location. But one of these locations messed something up.
Sherita MOvercharged me for fuel that was already filled up. When I called to ask why she said I didn’t have it filled to where I originally got it and I had a picture to show it was filled and she said no I didn’t. Disputing charge.
