Beatrice RWe drove over 1300 miles (from Lynnwood/WA -Henderson, NV) and were charged for an additional 30 miles, which was 30 miles over the miles originally calculated by U-Haul. I thought it was kinda unreasonable. Not asking for a credit. Just saying.
Eydfinn TExcellent service, everybody very pleasant. Showed me how to properly hook up and off I went. Equipment (5x8) trailer old, but clean and well functioning. From the reception to the gentleman who helped hook me up, it was a great experience. Got me in and out, everything very clear. Only thing that I thought was weird is that U-Haul still has trailers that you cannot lock to the ball hitch like larger models. You can buy a lock for the door, one to lock in your hitch/ball, but that won't help if someone want to steal the entire trailer. Not this location's fault, just indigenous to these 5x8's. Location great and easy in, easy out. Very well done.
