Raise the limit on the truck's governor from 75 mph to 80-85 mph. Travelling across country, the interstate limit is mostly 75 mph. This, realistically, means that the flow of traffic moves at between 80-85 mph. Not being able to move at the flow of traffic put me in a dangerous situation several times on my trip. Trying to pass a vehicle that is going at just below the limit means that it can take up to two minutes to pass them. Then, if a vehicle going much faster is coming up behind you, things can get tricky and, at times, dangerous. I understand the utility of the governor, but it needs to be applicable to real road conditions.SEAN PATRICK N.

Make space available for drop offs if you're not going to provide a code for after hours drop offs. I did not want to leave the trailer in the lot because someone can just hook up and take off but I'm also not going to hang onto it and accept responsibility for it in this town if I'm don't need it in my possession. You need a person on standby to answer a phone and provide a gate code so people can drop trailers off behind the gate.Nicholas L.

The pick up location was clean and the staff was super friendly. This gripe has nothing to do with the staff, but with the truck itself. The truck had a few issues. Half way to our house the â€œ gas capâ€ indicator light came on. The truck seemed to be putting/misfiring at freeway speeds and low speeds. I called Uhaul for service and to document the indicator light error. The called back within 10-15 mins and stated the light should go away after a few miles. It didn't. The truck drove like hell the whole way to Phoenix and we were jolting around for 280+ miles. LOL. The truck felt like a 25 cent mechanical pony in front of an old grocery store. I want the next family to have a safer and more comfortable ride. Please look into this issue.ARON M.

I wish the person who assed hooking up my trailer had suggested and assisted in flipping my hitch ball as the trailer was very low to the ground once loaded. Had they suggested and helped flip my ball on the hich I would not have had such ground clearance issues. I don't tow every day so I really didn't think about it until I was halfway down the road.BYRON SCOTT C.

The check in process was ridiculous. Asked me to provide contact info for somebody to verify me - I entered my wife's info. They called her and said they couldn't verify me - my wife spelled our last name for them several times until finally I was magically verified. The process is ridiculous and should be removed - I would have submitted another form of verification - passport photo or whatever, but the add a contact and have them verify you is inconvenient for me and the other person who has to be available for the verification.Brandon A.

Slick employees work here. After inspecting the truck on return saying everything looks good and said we will send you the final invoice electronically. I got charged almost $20 for 1 1/2 gallon. I paid almost $900 for the duration of rental why would I short them for 1 1/2 gallon.Raj B.

One tire was low. I pointed it out and they told me it was because the truck was on a slant. But the low side of the slant was actually on the other side of the truck. I had to put air in the front right tire to feel safe.JANET M.

The truck was not cleaned and only had 1/4 fuel. I had to clean the windshield and windows and refuel before leaving Las Vegas. The truck has a terrible front end shimmy at only 50 miles an hour.Lanny S.

Had issues with doing mobile return. The settings on my phone were correct, but the uhual site did not move forward from confirming location. I was there for 15 minutes trying but was unsuccessful to process the return. I tried to call the store to leave a message because they had already, but the voicemail box was full. I called the 800 number and had to wait on hold for 45 minutes to avoid being charged the $20 convenience fee. The return process was very aggravating.
