I came to pick up my Uhaul rental 30 mins after the location closed. I opened up the gate because I was uncertain if the Uhaul outside of the gate was my rental due to the map being confusing to my mother and I! When i opened the gate I bega search the lot for the Uhaul! I was met by who I’m assuming was the owners of the location with their guns drawn ready to shoot me infront of my mother and my two children. I was met with attitude instead of help with my confusion. I will NEVER recommend this location to anyone!

TIANA MI was surprised at the total amount, this was a $19.95 all day truck, I didn't travel far and had it back soon, I don't know why the total amount was so much. I and how many hours I would have it, I was asked if 4 hours was enough and I said yes, again this was not a rental by hour.
