Location has a large amount of MAGA advertising in the office. Very unprofessional and I won’t be returning to this location.
Eric EI reserved the van from a nice lady named Elizabeth a week or so before for the April 13. Upon arriving to pick up the van I am greeted by a man behind the counter wearing a pistol on his belt. Very scary. We go through the rental process during which my photo was taken, my license and credit card were presented and the man said he would e-mail me the paperwork. I asked for a printout of the documents which he reluctantly gave me. I signed for your insurance at $15 per day, $19.95 rental rate, and $0.99 per mile, environmental fee $3.00 and estimated tax $13.55 for a total of $220.40. Upon returning the vehicle I pointed out that I bumped the corner bumper backing out of my parking l was told he would e-mail me the return documents. I returned later that day to get a printout copy because the e-mail receipt did not come. Two days later I received an amended contract with a damage report attached and a new total $323.83. An additional charge of $103.83 was applied to my credit card. I thought the rental insurance was supposed to cover any mishaps to the vehicle. I have used UHAUL many times over the years and never got an amended return receipt 2days later.

Fast checking and check out service!!!. The owner was Carlos was so friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this location.

MICHAEL CHad to sweep and mop out the trailer before using it. Reserved 2 furn dolleys and when we got there they didn’t have any left but said I could go to a diff location to pick up. I didn’t have a hitch but they had one to sell me so that was awesome!
KRISTEN TAlthough the location is clean and maintained, I had to wait around because the one worker was walking around the yard. I rang the bell, but it still took him a while to get back if he even heard the bell. It's just a small bell on the counter. The most troubling thing was that the truck only had a quarter tank of gas, and you have it returned with a quarter tank. That means your customer (myself) has to stop at the gas station twice: 1. To get gas 2. To top it off You should never leave a truck that low on fuel. It should be filled up. If it was half a tank or more, maybe, but not a quarter tank, because why should we have to go to the gas station twice because you guys don't want to go fill it up?

Alfred MThe truck they gave me had weather stripping around the windshield that started coming off 2 hours into our drive. It was slapping against the passenger side window of the vehicle. I would recommend making sure to have maintenance done by professionals instead of DIY as it is a safety hazard and made us stop several times to put it back in place extending our travel time by 2 hours. We finally taped it down at another location so we could get to our end location safely.
STEPHANIE B1. Diedrea, not sure of spelling, told me that if I would go 12 miles one way out of my way that I would receive a $50.00 credit. DID NOT GET. 2. I do not think that sending a customer 12 miles one way is appropriate, when the store that I went to is 2 blocks from my house. Especially with bumper to bumper traffic. 3.I needed to pick up some Queen Anne furniture that I got on an auction. If I didn't get it by 3pm I would have lost my money. I did get their at 2:55pm. 4. When I did arrive at the location to pick up the truck, 12 miles out of my way, the place appeared to be locked up. I was told that it was open, but I don't know where. That is when I was told to go back to Boulder Hiway and Sunset to 3UUU. I know that I'm not making a lot of since, BUT I'm still irritated.

KIM QThe guy who ran the place seems to prefer displaying his particular political bent than being helpful. When turning in the trailer I explained the situation with the dolly. I'd asked him if he could contact Uhaul directly to help us get it sorted. He refused, and said he wasn't calling anyone. Took him an extra day to finally officially return the trailer in your system. Thankful for others at U-Haul corporate for stepping in and rectifying this fiasco. I've rented oodles of times from Uhaul in my lifetime. The his was by far the single worst experience I've ever had regarding customer friendliness, service, or knowledge of systems and methods, processes or procedures utilized within Uhaul. This guy at the 3 UUU location is your front line contact...and while he did eventually return my rental, his refusal to assist in any way, is an embarrassment to your organizations overall mission. I know you can do better.

NICOLAS MI was informed that this location would be closing at noon. I returned the van at 11,:30 s.m.. they were closed. I was informed there would be camerarecoding the drop off. Yet I am being charged until 8 s.m. During my return if the vehicle, another person was trying to get in as he had made a reservation on-line. I referred him to another location. Futher, my picture was taken before I realized what was happening. He said it was.proyovol. That has never happened before and was down without my permission.
TERESA AI do still need to get my deposits back. Drop off was great. They even helped me by backing trailer up for me to get it in the lot. They closed at 5pm I arrived at 5:10PM they stayed for me and made my drop off great.
MARC CI would never recommend this place to anybody. They charged me unnecessary fee, the van was dirty and the staff was extremely rude. I’ll never go back to that racist MAGA loving place.
DEZMAN HElizabeth, the lady who helped us was great. She gave us options. She gave us a lot of good information on moving from state to state and it was just a really good overall experience.

BRUNO COur U-Haul broke down not even 6 miles after we rented it we were stuck blocking the driveway for two days and not only had to unload our first trip but also had to reload that same trip into a friend truck because we spent 300/300 dollars on a truck that we weren’t able to use. They offered a 24 hour extension on our rental free of charge for the inconvenience, but we did not have time to take another 24 hours off of our schedules. Not necessarily therefore, but definitely not our fault and I feel their options to make it right where unacceptable on U-Haul‘s end.

MARK VMy experience with my uhual pick up was a bit weird. The guy who helped me was very talkative but not about business at hand but off topics like politics and weather. The only thing he did tell me about the me truck but that this was my truck and bring it back at 3/4 full of gas and that was it. He took a copy of my ID and sent me on my way. He didnt take a deposit, he didnt walk me around the truck, he didnt show me around it, he didnt do anything, he didnt even give me any paper or receiptor any documentationback at all. I had the rental from Friday morning 8:30 AM until Monday 8:30 AM. We ended up turning the truck sunday afternoon early and great thing we did, because of the amount of miscommunication on Uhual's side is unbelievable! I had booked the uhual roughly 2 weeks prior to the rental date, and a few days before that rental date uhaul had contacted me stated that if I was willing to pick up from a different location and also return at a different location for a same size truck they were willing to only charge be $50 plus tax and include 50 miles with travel for free. I accepted the terms and delivered at the agreed location. Upon arrive to the new location, the new location was not informed that they were to be accepting this new truck into their inventory. So when someone turns in a truck to a location thats not at the original contract location, they charge a $300-$500 to accept that vehicle. Also, during check in, they had found out that I was given the wrong vehicle on contract. I was driving the wrong uhaul all weekend long, and could have been repoet stolen anf would have not even known. Because it was the wrong vehicle, the mileage was also incorrect which meant I have surpassed my 'included miles' and they were charging almost another $300+ for that. At first, the worker was not being very helpful but once they were hearing what was happening to us and understood it wasnt out fault and it was the original location not communicated, the assistant manager 'clara?' She was incredible and was extremely helpful during this entire time. If it wasnt for her we would have gotten no where with that situation.
JUAN MWhen I went to that location, I did not even know that the truck outside the locked gate is actually mine. I understand that it is out of Operation hours. Given that I am a nre customer to that location, a simple call or text message or email to let me know that the truck outside is mine. Also, when I went to the truck, I didnt know how to get the key. I went on the app and i could not find my reservation. I had to call the customer service to resolve that part. I would not recommend this location. I love u-haul but man, you guys need to fix the app check in process as well. I WOULD really rather check it out in person at the store. The amount of photos, location sharing, and everything were not worth it. I spent 35 minutes to just do that.

MARIO PThe Spanish guy working there is a scam artist,He added extra miles so he can charge me more money when I only use 16 miles,He put I did 50+ miles,He made my daughter feel uncomfortable with all the questions he was asking her when I just went too rent a truck not too try too have any conversation with my child,I don’t recommend this location,They are scammers and will add miles just so they don’t have too return part of your deposit,They end up staying with my who deposit,And I even fill it completely with gas (FUll),Shame on you sir.
