I've used this UHaul location a few times now and every time I am blow away by the customer service. This time, my app wasn't working for check-in and, despite it being a Sunday morning, the owner was on location and available to help me check in manually. He's always quick to answer questions and lend a helping hand. I wish more businesses could operate as compassionately and efficiently as this one!

It is difficult to say what could be done to improve for the next customer since service at that location has been very good every time I have gone there. More trucks for greater availability would be nice if there is room for them. That is all I can think of at this time.
