The door on the trailer was rusty and very hard to open and close. Inside the trailer was animal poop and all kinds of debris I had to clean before using. Then the tire completely blew out on I 40 and I had to wait 3 hours on a dangerous roadside for repair. This time was a nightmare

DAVID DOutstanding customer service! This was by far the best U-Haul experience I’ve ever had. The employee was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond. He expertly backed the trailer into position and even disconnected and dropped it for me, making the entire return process quick and stress-free. It was a night-and-day difference compared to my experience at the U-Haul in Chapel Hill, where I was left to lie on the ground to attach the safety chains to the truck I was towing. The level of customer service here was exceptional. If every U-Haul location provided service like this, they’d have an incredible reputation. Thank you for making the experience so easy—I highly recommend this location!
