The location has very poor signs to identify where to go for customer service 1st as storage versus turning in a truck.

Only problem was you changed the location on me and I didn't have access to email when you did - was in process of getting things for the trailer. A phone call would have been greatly appreciated rather than running around trying to find you.

You may want to reconsider the scented cleaner that is used, it was over powering and I had to ride with the window down. Luckily we are having a warm winter.

Terrible attitude with drop off staff. Felt like I was bothering him. Waited over 20 min for him as he walked around the lot knowing I was there waiting. Didn’t use the 2 bundles of blankets still in original wrap and asked about a discount only to be told curtly that too bad you left w them you have to pay.

Everything here happened very slowly. When I entered the store, it was empty. Once someone came in, renting the trailer was quick and easy. I bought a ball and hitch for my receiver and asked if they could attach the ball. That took 30 minutes. Then, they hooked up the trailer and the lights didn't work. We switched trailers and the guy said the lights worked, but when we checked them ourselves, only one side of the lights worked leaving us with only one turn signal and brake light.

When I reserved the truck, I was told that it had a lift gate. After getting home, I noticed the truck did not have a lift gate. I called the location where I rented the truck and waited on hold for 5+ minutes. I drove back to the location and stood in line again for 20+ minutes. After explaining my situation I was told that UHAULS do not have lift gates. I asked if the ten miles that I had driven to discuss the situation could be credited back to me and I was told that I had to be charged for the mileage. I explained that I drove back because he, the employee, did not answer the phone. He said I would still be charged. With no time to secure another truck with a needed lift gate, I had to settle for the wrong vehicle and had to pay for mileage that was the result of an employee not doing his job. Not only will I not utilize UHAUL in the future, I will make sure that no one I know uses UHAUL either.

The only issue was that the wiper blades needed to be replaced. They Were very noisy and wearing hearing aids compounded the sound. Very pleased with equipment and service. We will be using u-haul again.

Do not put the blankets and hand truck in the cargo area as it greatly hampered my ability to load items. I found it offensive and I will probably not rent from Uhaul again because of this.

The truck had a strong petroleum based odor. It was not gasoline, but I was close to throwing up and had a head ache the rest of the evening. The U-haul staff knew about the odor and rented it anyway.

You changed both pick-up location and see of truck without any notification. Truck only has 1/6 tank of gas that let me go 21 miles.d Put 70 dollars of gas and returned truck with 3/4 tank.

Clean the inside of windshield..it was so dirty that I had to immediately stop and buy some window cleaner and clean it so that I could see how to drive!!!

I had a problem with a 15 ft truck; because of medical / handicapping difficulties, I was unable to get in the vehicle. I went back into the office and asked for something smaller. The man who had helped set me up didn't even blink. He got me a cargo van and changed all the paperwork. I was able to get in the van with just a little challenge. I loved the van. It was great. And thank you to that man who helped me. I don't know his name. When I returned the van, the woman who checked it back in was very helpful too. Thank you!!

As a valued customer, I would very highly recommend that the Christian Gospel Music that is played at the facility continue. I keep coming back here because of the highly professional service displayed by your representatives and the atmosphere of listening to the wonderful music and seeing the smiles on the other customers faces also as we are taking care of. Please don't make any changes in your facility to the above references because we are taking notice of this facility and we love what we see and hear!
