Showed up to rent a motorcycle trailer, per my reservation made on line. Additionally, I confirmed by telephone earlier that day, as I wanted the transaction to go as the reservation stated. Rates on line were $24.95 for trailer, $8.00 for insurance. Sales counter told me the price was $50+ dollars ($16.00 for insurance, as there is no option for $8.00 insurance). I asked them to pull up my reservation, with the number I provided. there was still a difference in price. I informed him I wanted to rent the same equipment I rented the week of 4/15/18. This is what I made the reservation for. He stated he could not lookup past transactions. The manager was helpful in correcting the error.

Employee outside was evaluating truck condition while I was going inside to discard trash from the truck. As I walked in the dimly lit show room, I nearly slipped and fell. The entire showroom floor was wet with something slippery, perhaps it was wax. There were no signs to indicate a slippery floor. The employee behind the counter seemed not to have any interest that the floor posed a danger to walk in customers.

The two driving mirrors on the right-hand side of the truck were broken and missing. I was disappointed to see that especially when we were headed for a very long drive. I would hope in the future certain parts of the truck which can be seen as critical to safety are fixed before a customer picks it up.

Has nothing to done with Henrico site. The automated system that chose my location in Alexandria and Maryland sent me WAY out of my way. More advantageous to pay mileage, although more costly.

First of all. Did not get a walk around of vehicle. Which lead to not having the gas that was signed for on contract. Could not confirm since there was no walk around. Just sign here and here's the keys. I figured since they were busy for a Friday afternoon they did everything ahead of time. Staying ahead of the game so to speak. That was not the case. So I had to fill vehicle with more gas than I used costing me and my family more money. Second it became painfully obvious within 1 mile down the road with vehicle leaning to one side due to tire gash in sidewall on right rear tire. Obvious gash on outside. Past the steal fibers which means it was most likely flat. Again no walk around so could not confirm. Thirdly Called location and was not answered so switched to TRAFFIC call center and informed them of issues was told the location will be notified and I would receive a call immediately. No call was returned to me. So I drove vehicle slowly home. Like are you seriously kidding me. What if I lost control and vehicle crashed.. like wow.. it took me over 1 hour to drive 25 miles. That gas consumption gage stayed in the green. Returned rental equipment with CORRECT gas level as agreed on contract since I did not receive a phone call. Informed on tire damage. My estimated mileage was 70 miles I did 78 miles. Was told I burnt 28 gallons of fuel in 78 which is bullshit. I was practically told since I had the insurance I wasn't responsible for the tire. So if I didn't I'd be screwed right? When I didn't do the damage in the first place. And also sorry for the gas issue there's nothing I can do since You signed the contract and didn't check before you left. Excuse me that's your job not mine period dot end of story. Well no walk through so I guess I am screwed.... That will be the last time I ever use uhauls service, supplies, or equipment. My advise is either the people your paying start doing their damn jobs or they need to kick rocks. As a paying customer( as of now overpaying customer) I will verbally bash this location for it's incompetence .. I will not ever refer that location to anyone nor use uhauls services again.

My bill is double for an extra hour of rental this was not explained to me when I asked for an extension. Can someone please contact me to explain this and or refund my card 14 dollars for the safemove 30 for the truck and 7 for the dolly. Seems a bit excessive for an hour.

I had reserved my rental ahead of time and also checked in before I came and it was not until I showed up in person and had a key in my hand ready to go that I was told at the last minute that I have a hold on my account and need to call customers service and that they can't rent to me. I had rented 2 months prior and was charged incorrectly for 4 days when I only used the truck for 3 hours. the key was dropped in the wrong location and not found for days . I had already called and sorted out the payment issue right after it happened. I called customers service and sorted it out again so I could get my rental. (if there was an issue I am not sure why it let me reserve under my account in the first place?? and also check in??) I corrected the issue twice but am still getting harrassing emails saying I owe a balance when I do not. I have rented from Uhaul in the past but will not rent any longer since a simple issue was blown up due to incompetence and caused me an extra 45min at the counter / made me late getting to my moving crew that I was paying hourly. I do not owe any additional money that what I have already paid and if I continue to receive harrassing emails I will settle this issue in small claims court. please correct your accounts- thank you

Install GPS. Its little typical to identify how much gas needs to be filled, so some mechanism should be there for that.

We are Deaf customers and waited for 30 min. We tried to communicate when we saw a video camera on us. They had never come to help us at all. That offends us for they neglected us in a small room with locked out. I decided to call 1-800 and found out that they knew that we were there and then explaining to go to right room. Duh! no help even they have legs to walk to us? Don't do that to any disabled or Deaf customers for not hearing the video camera communication. Stupid! We felt fools like that. Improve this situation. Thanks Hopefully they will serve us better for next time
