The team here is so helpful and patient no matter how busy the lobby gets. Aisha in particular goes out of her way to help customers and solve problems. She’s found a solution out of a tight spot for me twice now and I’ve watched he handle other challenging customers with grace! Extremely well run high-volume store.

Not enough staff and the staff present did not know how to get the process done. Errors all along the process. Biggest problem was not enough staff on a busy weekend. Will not use again.

Storage prices are kind of high compared to others but uhaul was convenient and the 1st month free promo does help my overall moving costs which wasn't cheap. I do appreciate uhaul and the employees were great.

BERNARD M | Overall ExperienceMy tenure at the U-Haul Moving & Storage of Parham Rd facility was very nice. Paul, the original facility manager was great at keeping the facility running smoothly. Everything was clean and sharp. After Paul left there was a gentleman who did a nice job managing. But he was short lived in the position. The current manager, not sure who they are or what they do...? The facility's are not being managed very well these days. The bathroom's are disgusting with poop on the seat and now the bathrooms are only partially available. Not sure what the cleaning ladies doing with her time? Last month I got caught in a bathroom that NO TOILET PAPER or PAPER TOWELS! Not a good afternoon driving home.
