Have staff that is willing to leave the office and walk outside to make sure the equipment is securely attached and that the lights are working, I had to walk back to the office to get an extension cord for the lights,

There was about 5 inches of snow and we were unable to contact somebody to see if we could extend the drop off time without extra charge. The entire parking lot was just a sheet of ice. Including a number to somebody who could give us more information would be helpful. The number we called was the traffic manager and she was unable to give us an answer and she advised us to call the drop off location which was closed.

ASHWANI STerrible truck and hugely inconvenient. The windshield is cracked and the tire gauge is broken. Both front tires were given to me at 27 PSI when the truck is supposed to be at 70. Had to go out of my way and off schedule to fill up the tires
