Front of truck and windshield were very dirty (mud splashes and bugs). Not terrible, but I had to clean them. Mirror on right side of truck could not be positioned to allow easy viewing.

The person who used this truck before me did not sweep out the floor before returning it.
PAUL DProvide a clean vehicle including windshield, windows, mirrors & side mirrors. Need to make sure additional items like pads and dollies are in the vehicle at the time of pick-up especially when the rental is after hours.
Michael SHave staff that is willing to leave the office and walk outside to make sure the equipment is securely attached and that the lights are working, I had to walk back to the office to get an extension cord for the lights,
John HThere was about 5 inches of snow and we were unable to contact somebody to see if we could extend the drop off time without extra charge. The entire parking lot was just a sheet of ice. Including a number to somebody who could give us more information would be helpful. The number we called was the traffic manager and she was unable to give us an answer and she advised us to call the drop off location which was closed.
