The employee who rented me the truck wasn’t informative at all, I rented the truck a hour before closing. I was a little late returning the truck upon drop off I was told I’ll be charged a extra fee due to late drop off when I expressed that wasn’t told to me he said “that something I should have read” also I express the truck had a really bad smell to the point my items I moved started to smell like the really bad smell. The customer service I received at the location has been by far the worst experience, I wouldn’t recommend to no one.
TATIYANA CI scheduled pickup for 9 AM. The keys were not in the lock box as the instructions stated. I had to wait until the store opened at 10 AM to get the keys, as they placed them in the wrong lock box.

Bhavinkumar PThis location was convenient, but the office was very difficult to locate (being part of a Geeks storefront), and we were not able to discuss the return with a UHaul representative. I would have preferred to have spoken with someone who would take the odometer reading while we were on site. Everything worked out fine, but I would choose a different location next time.
