Do NOT make reservations at this location!! My experience and interaction with staff members at this location was unacceptable. I will be contacting the corporate office to file a formal complaint. I was harassed and mistreated by the associates due to the delay of returning the truck I reserved. I was treated like a thief, yelled at, and threatened over the phone to return property I was willing to pay for an additional day. You two rabid chihuahuas just wait, I’m not finished with you. You will think twice about how you treat someone the next time they’re not on time to return equipment. Especially the lady sounding like she’s about two smokes away from COPD. I will NEVER do business with this company ever again!!
