The location was not open when we attempted to return the vehicle. I returned the following day -- and the location was not open. I would prefer to return the vehicle to a person, not a mail slot.

The guy working there was very rude and seemed as though he didn't want to be bothered. Customer service is important if you want customers, you should teach your employees that.

I was charged for fuel even though we filled it up before returning it. I contacted the location after receiving my invoice, but still have not been followed up with.

Pickup time was 9:00am and there was no one in sight at the location. Waited with another gentleman outside for 15 minutes making me late for my walk through of new apartment. Not happy!!!

All good, the rep was very friendly and helpful. Only thing is on the mobile version of the U-Haul website, the check out process were you attach a picture of the milage from your phone, didn't work for me. Luckily the rep just received the keys. All good otherwise.

I was given box no. 1 and the code to open it. However it did not open so I tried box no.2 with the same code and it opened but inside was the key to a different vehicle(same size but different reg. no) In short I got what I wanted but numbers were all mixed up Please be careful

When we went to return truck, hand written sign on the door said they were open 9-4. Door was locked. We returned truck to behind building as instructed. I called number on the contract & a gentleman answered and said they were closed, didn't I read the sign? Ummm yes we did BUT there was a handwritten sign saying they were open. Plus where we had to park the truck vs. where we had to drop off keys in the box weren't even close to each other. Especially frustrating on the rainy day we were returning the truck.

I appreciate the convenience of online booking, however we were asked to estimate our mileage. We over estimated to give ourselves some room for error. We were way under but we're charged the amount of the estimate. Not understanding why.

The loaction was fine. However this was not the location I selected. I did NOT received any notification Phone call/email letting me know the location was changed. This put my move behind as I went to the location on my confirmation. This also put me futher out which increased my milage. I have used U-Haul for every move from home to home, to colleges, etc. but I will not be using U-Haul any more and I will be sharing my experience with my former student of 30 years, co-worker, family and friends. I was so upest I had to wait to fill this out. I was upset by this as the extra money out of my pocket was not wanted and I was NOT given the chance to decide if I wanted the U-Haul or not. The morning of my move was not the time to make this decision. I was informed that if there was a change I would be notified and I was NOT!

Horrible customer service. Mileage stated was wrong and when I called the person to confirm after hour fees he hung my call because I was not able to understand him the first time. Also the location closes at 4 pm.Will not recommend this location and U-Haul to anyone.
