I just wasn't completely clear on the location. We picked up the truck in the middle of a parking lot. Other than a little confusion, everything else went smoothly. The truck was almost brand new and was the perfect size for what we needed to move.

I actually return the van within 24 hr but i found I was charged for two days. I was too busy after moving so didn't check my bill on time. I won't use service and will tell my friends not to use service at this location anymore. Very poor!!!!!!

The check engine light was on in the truck. I was told that it was fine to drive. I had no other choice because I was on a time line. I have not received my receipt and I turned in the truck at 4pm on 3/28/18. I also reported the check engine light to the U-haul number to report this issue so therefore everything is been documented

I had to attach my own trailer and the locking bolt and nut were faulty. The trailer became disconnected while driving down the interstate and nearly caused a serious crash for us and the cars behind us. I have already filed a claim and will be demanding my money back. The dealer is responsible to attach the trailer and I did not know that until another more professional dealer explained it to me. U-haul MUST have signs at every dealer explaining to the customer that THE DEALER is responsible to attach trailers.

The service was great, but the truck drove horribly. I kept checking to make sure that the truck didn't have a flat tire. The tires were bald, and it drove VERY bumpy... possible axle issue. I did call the office to notify the location of the truck's driving. I was able to make the drive successfully to & from my destinations safely. Thanks!

The location was not open when we attempted to return the vehicle. I returned the following day -- and the location was not open. I would prefer to return the vehicle to a person, not a mail slot.

Pickup time was 9:00am and there was no one in sight at the location. Waited with another gentleman outside for 15 minutes making me late for my walk through of new apartment. Not happy!!!

All good, the rep was very friendly and helpful. Only thing is on the mobile version of the U-Haul website, the check out process were you attach a picture of the milage from your phone, didn't work for me. Luckily the rep just received the keys. All good otherwise.

I was given box no. 1 and the code to open it. However it did not open so I tried box no.2 with the same code and it opened but inside was the key to a different vehicle(same size but different reg. no) In short I got what I wanted but numbers were all mixed up Please be careful

When we went to return truck, hand written sign on the door said they were open 9-4. Door was locked. We returned truck to behind building as instructed. I called number on the contract & a gentleman answered and said they were closed, didn't I read the sign? Ummm yes we did BUT there was a handwritten sign saying they were open. Plus where we had to park the truck vs. where we had to drop off keys in the box weren't even close to each other. Especially frustrating on the rainy day we were returning the truck.
