There was only 1 man trying to help 4 customers. To his credit he did his best. He was good at customer service but this location needs more staff.

MAURICIO QThey provided me the wrong key for my truck. Gave me a key for a vehicle that was not checked in. Then your u-hual chat had me wait for 17 minutes and was not close to understanding the situation - I finally had to call a rep to resolve. Ended up with a Cargo van when I needed a 10' truck. Site only had to get one thing right - key matches contract - they failed.
