This location gives Uhaul a bad name. My truck wasn't there at the assigned time and even though they told me it was due a half hour earlier they didn't bother to call the previous person. They have zero customer service skills. You should have the man at Deep Rock give training to these jokers because he is awesome. The truck was filthy. Someone must have spilled 3-4 large potted plants. Clearly they didn't check it. I had to borrow a broom and dustpan from the people I was buying and picking up furniture from to clean it myself. I am requesting a refund of some sort because this was an awful experience. I am a decades long customer and have never had an experience like this.

The person at the front desk did not seem very willing to help. Whenever I asked questions, I was repeatedly told to refer to the agreement document, which was the only response provided. Additionally, the vehicle was not clean and did not appear to be well maintained. I also experienced difficulty starting the vehicle as it was not functioning properly, which made the overall experience inconvenient. Since I only needed the vehicle for a couple of hours within the same area, I chose not to raise a formal complaint. However, if travel to another city were required, I would not recommend this service based on my experience. Thank you.
