My experience with U-HAUL on May 29th, 2026 does not reflect on CC Computers and or Monte who assisted me with the rental. He was very kind and helpful. U-HAUL on the other hand was a totally different experience. I have rented with U-HAUL countless different times and by far this was the worst experience I have ever had. I made my reservation well in advance hoping not to have any issues. My reservation was changed multiple times, causing unnecessary stress and confusion during an already busy move. Each time I thought everything was confirmed, I receive another update directing me to a different location father away even up to forty minutes before picking up the vehicle. Each time I called the location to see why the reservation change they all had the same story ( I DON'T KNOW you need to call U-HAUL I am just a dealer ) no one was helpful in resolving the issue. I must say this overall experience did not meet expectations the way it did in the past !!!
