It was dropped in Mt. Vernon, Il. We had troubles with a vehicle and was not able to leave pikeville, ky until Monday morning. I called Sunday night about a change on the drop off and the gentleman said we could and gave me a number to call Monday. I called and this guy said it would be double or triple the cost of the rental. So $800-$1200 to keep from putting more miles on your trailer. Horrible customer service!!! Worse policy ever.

JAMES Rthe right passenger window is very stiff and was not used as it would require to much force to roll up and down its a manual operation. the truck was otherwise in excellent condition . handled well in and out of mountains with curves and for the distance and load road conditions tall mountains etc. got great mileage . The Staff there are always great very helpful and mindful in servicing there customers whether there own or Uhauls are greeted well.
