I rated average because I utilized the online and application feature for check out and return: 1)the lock box wouldn't open given the code shared via the application. I called u-haul and the rep help me switch vehicles and the new lockbox number and code worked 2) the application camera feature was not working during check out. i'd take a picture but it wouldn't upload. I called u-haul and the rep they text me the feature for the new application where the camera work. the reps i spoke to were patient and helpful; they were the best part of the experience. i wouldn't recommend the application unless it were a last resort. i couldn't imagine my mother or an older person navigating the challenges i faced. i have recommendations but i'll save those.

RAY LI don’t like to drop off experience it was dark and I had to be outside in a dark park lot taking photos of the truck which just felt very unsafe .
