first of all, my problem with the young lady that rented me the vehicle was bombarded with customers she was unable to explain to me the process clearly especially the return procedure I thought that I had to use the same combination to drop the keys off in the same little black box she took the keys out of. In addition, she never demonstrated to me and other patrons how to unlock the box . the next mourning which was August 10, 2025. I dropped the vehicle off park it in it's proper place. This was before 9:00 am. I was still charged for another day both for the rental and coverage. As far as the rental is concerned I should be charged for one day and the coverage is concerned I shouldn't be charged, at all. One I was the only driver and I have my own insurance which will cover me know matter whose vehicle i am driving. In reguards to your question number two the lt side door lock was the only problem .
