Have the person who took me to the actual trailer at least know to show the customer where the hookup instructions are if they do not personally know how to hook it up

IKBOL AThe location was great. As a first time customer, I did not know that I needed to take pictures to verify condition and location. Luckily I called the location and they let me know what to expect when I picked up the rental. Everything else was good. If U-Haul would send an email informing me what would need to happen, it would have been better. Perhaps that was sent and I missed it, but I don't know how I missed it.
